how are they with shipping? i just ordered geogaddi on
vinyl but have yet to recieve a shipping confirm.

i seem to remember reading on here that they don't let you
know if something is out of stock once ordered, so you would
end up waiting an undisclosed amount of time. please share
your comments and experiences.

i once waited for about 3 weeks with no word of the status
of my order, sent them an email, and got this REALLY short
and sour email in return telling me to be patient etc etc

if they had kept me posted i wouldnt have had to bother
them...the fucks...

but last week my package came quickly and in perfect shape -
missing a record that wasnt in stock (of course) - they're
fucking terrible with updating what stock they have on their
site

if you don't check the "ship only what's in stock, cancel
what's not" box then you could be in for a long wait, and
they will not communicate with you or give you any feedback
about which item is holding up the order. i recommend not
opting to wait for restocks, because in my experience the
restock never comes.

they are a great us based resource but they can be
frustrating to deal with.

i've got plenty of stories about bad service, but i still
order from them because they have such a wide and varied
selection. if you don't wait for "restocks" i'd still
recommend them.

i got a restock of dmx krew shipped to me, backordered 10
months.

so yes i can confirm they do occasionally send out restocks
