Meadows & Labyrinths - s/t

some psychedelic ambient i've been working on for years
pressed up on 3" discs which i hand printed myself, so each
one is unique. these are available in limited quantities.

there are clips to listen to on the site if you're
interested. this has taken me a lot of work, and i'm very
proud of it!

:D

you should be proud !!!

but you also should have pressed vinyl...cds are useless

well vinyl is a bit less realistic for a hand made
project...

the main reason i say that is i would have been glad to buy
a vinyl copy - but if i got a cd copy i would just rip it
and have the cd collect dust until i found someone to give
it to

perfectly understandable. i do plan on making an album with
this material later, so i'll be wanting vinyl for the ep.
that won't be for a couple of years down the road, i'm sure,
but i plan on getting it done somehow.

thanks for the encouragement, dude!

thanks man.

that clip takes place during a build up to one of the peaks
of the track.

i'm glad you dig the artwork, i painted it myself, then
added the tree silhouette digitally.

each one has its own unique design made with imprints of
leaves, string, and anything else Luke could get his hands
on.

uh oh

Meadows sounds like a DJ is playing David Sylvian's Gone to
Earth ambient music and some Oval at the same time.

i really think 'plantre' would be a great artist name...

but i will check the tracks a bit later (i'm a bit "music-d
out" at the moment).

off to watch lost highway now :)

thanks. i've used plantre in the past, but i just don't
agree with it anymore. several scattered reasons why, but in
a nutshell, i just don't dig it much. i'm the kind of person
who would rather just stick with one name, and avoid using
several aliases which seems to be the norm among electronic
producers, but it seems that i've fallen into that category
regardless. i don't mind all that much really, because
change is a part of life.

i'm just rambling... thanks for the comments, rarndaraki,
toejam!
