i got a 320k rip
haven't had time to listen to it yet
can someone perform a spec analysis on it with the 128 to
see if it does indeed have more data?

How are we supposed to do an analysis of a file if it is
sitting on your computer? Cough it up, man.

There appears to be additional compression on the 320k file.

God, I just listened to the 320k rip. It's great, you can
hear Sean farting and at one point Rob says "Fuck". ...
AWESOME

really? I distinctly hear him say "Funk", which must mean
that Rob was referring to Sean's fart as Aaron Funk,
reknowned breakcore criminal.

if you listen carefully, you can hear the boys laugh like a
couple of wet towels right after the "Funk"-comment.

i don't understand getting stuff that's recorded off some
shit mic and md or whatever from a bootleg and then worrying
about what the bit rate is.

for me it's just fun to listen to the bootlegs..then i can
go and listen to the high qulaity album and be more clued
into what they're doing there.

you clearly have no clue about horses and their checking
habits.

you are a disgrace to the horse community and your avatar
should be taken away from you immediately.

It's not a bootleg with a mic and MD, it's recorded from
soundboard.

What kind of a fucking idiot takes a 128 mp3 and
re-compresses it to 320. Were they thinking it would sound
better? Lol.

yeah i got it off that aik@tresor guy on soulseek, who has
quite a few rarities when it comes to live shows,
so i fig'd it might be legit

took forever to get it too, that cunt only 'trades'

pfft

yes that guy is a cunt. i thought the bit of the 320kbps
sounded exactly the same as the 128kbps so i guess he just
wants to be important :S

the 128kbs sounds great though what are we bickering aboot
:)

the only set in which it appears

yeah cygnus, it's really weird (the voice sample way tucked
in the background) in austin

usually it's this cheer sample
(sounds like the crowd is cheering) but in austin it's this
creepy voice thing

it's awesome

they do so much cool shit in austin!!!

but yeah the 128 sounds great but i'd love to have a bit
more clarity on the soundboard

i posted this on a detroit forum (trying to get the guys who
put on the detroit show to turn over a soundboard) but no
one answered :(

one guy did say that he knew a guy who had a soundboard of
the 2001 DEMF event

Um. Maybe it was burnt to cd, and then they decided to rip
it after realizing that they wanted to share it?

The high bitrate one. Its got signs of added compression, so
what probly happened, was the 128 one was burnt to cd, and
afterward ripped again back to computer at 320. I did that
sometimes when I would burn something, but delete the mp3
files only to find that I wanted to share it with someone on
soulseek later.
