I am... I want to see what U2 wins (I don't much like the new album, but I have a lot of respect for them still), and I just really like awards shows... plus, I believe The Afro Celt Sound System is nominated for something, must be best album!!!! Yeah right... it's probably some world music thing, but it's still cool... Bob Dylan is nominated for album of the year, and he'll probably get it... I remember when he got it over Ok Computer... I was so angry... and who was it won it over Kid A? Steely Dan I think... not so bad, cause I love Steely Dan, but still, Radiohead should win... Amnesiac doesn't even have a single nomination does it? Ah well, we'll see what happens... |

i have the NIGHT off so i will be watching. i love U2 and i hope they will definately come away with some awards. i think bono is one of the few artists who talks the talk and walks the walk when it comes to topics outside the realm of music. i really respect him for that. afro celt sound system.....ahhh amazing....loved the song with peter gabriel (loves peter gabriel)...so yea i hope they come away with something. plus for me.....i love to see what people are....and ARE NOT wearing....ehehhe (remember j lo...uuugghh) so yea i wanna see all the peeps walking dat red carpet and throw tomato's at the TV screen when the people i don't like/respect win awards....ehehhe =0) |

oh sweet, you like PEter Gabriel? I love him... not in a "I want him to have my children way", but in a "his music is awesome" way... :) his Passion album is in my top five albums of all time... excellent stuff... I'm really into World Music and shit now, mainly because of that album... it's very good stuff... |

hell ya peter is FABULOUS. i think SO is one of my fav's, i have Passion also....ehhe his voice is SUBLIME. and i laugh everytime i hear 'BIG TIME' ...*sings, pillow for my big fat head* heheh =0) i also think his video's are amazing. 'shock the monkey is an all time fav.' |

yes yes, I love Big Time to... always get a kick outta that one... there are some good lines in it... :) I don't own SO, but I have the Sixteen Golden Greats compilation which has the majority of So's songs, except In Your Eyes... his voice is very sublime... have you listened to any of the old Peter Gabriel Genesis stuff? I was into that stuff before I got into his solo stuff... it's very good as well... |
