You should check out one of the jamsessions (october 7th or
august 5th), as they represent what I'm up to nowadays ;)

I just dislike the idea of some guy gazing at a laptop using
his mouse to tweak his music. It looks like someone is
checking his mail onstage with winamp playing. I saw a live
act once... 2 people using a laptop. They danced in front of
the stage for minutes while the laptop kept on playing their
tracks.

Thats why!

good point, but if someone with a laptop has the right
sofware and decent midi controllers, they have as much
control as someone with hardware. but yes. i saw µ-ziq
live and al he did was sit infront of his laptop and it
wasn't too inspiring

I've seen a clip online about a guy using a laptop, a
regelwerk and ....reactor??? Cant remember but the way that
guy violated his gear...

Quite an exception compared to the mass of email-checkers on
stage ;)

cool, but i'm a noob here. i don't know if you're a very
good and well-known artist - that 50mb mix is too much, i
can't wait that long ! i'll check the first track on top
instead.

Checking the last track. Your stuff is too techno for me,
but it would be a good "party knaller" as we say in Germany.
;-] Unfortunately not with this quality. 128 won't do. I'll
check the big jam in a minute.

quality suffers in favor of my monthly bandwidth limit.

Sometimes I jam at home and shoutcast in onto the web.

I'm not sayin' its bad. It's just very traditional stuff
that I'm not so fond of. Too young, you know...

-----------------------------------------------------------
-------------
But it's very professionaly made, you definitely know what
you want to achieve.

hehee I like that 'traditional' part :D makes me feel like
someone doing things 'the ancient way' .

"The spark" reminds me somewhat of "Around The World" by
Daft Punk.
