Someone might know here... Is there a Macromedia Director
decompiler out there? I sorta need one for a Mac and
thought it might be worth asking here (amongst other
places)

There was one for the classic Mac OS available, which worked
with Director 6 or 7 files. Maybe I have it somewhere on my
backup CD's - but not sure.

yeah, I imagine this will be difficult considering it seems
to be such a dying environment. But lately, I've been
coming across some animations that are clearly teh
hotness... so there is still some life in Director. Drop me
an email if you come across anything.
