watched a documentary about their 80's scene last night.
those were fun days! i wish i was around back then :)
i'd circle between manchester and sheffield..maybe leeds had
a scene of their own as well? i'll look into that
next..thank god punk music happened..

im listening to some artery stuff now and i love it..check
out song 'the sailor situation' :)

but not sheffield? to pop for you? cabaret voltaire were
brilliant, human league.. there won't ever be time like that
again as most people nowdays don't like anyting that isn't

nono,sheffields awesome-but i wasnt there in the 80s,so i
can only speak for manchester.
my nights in sheffield are late 90s onwards.

i went to sheffield once, and i swear it was like colour got
sucked out of everythinga nd it semed very grey, i mean that
litrally everything seemed slightly colourless

just like in the documentary..real industrial look to
it..reminded me of some town like that overhere with heavy
industry..due to smoke every single house was gray. it got
way better nowdays..but it looked real depressing at the
time.
