I wouldnt sell it as you just got it.

GT4 was overall the worst choice unless you are a diehard
racing fan

just in time for the launching of the PS3, after which
prices of the PS2 will probably drop dramatically.

metal gear solid 1, 2 and 3
final fantasy (at least from seven and up, as they will work
on the ps2)
silent hill 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Well to be honest i cant answer that. I am pretty strict
with games i play. Halo has had some of the best multiplayer
i have ever seen.... which is where alot of hype comes from.
I dont even bother with a PS2 simpily because it comes with
only 2 controller ports.

PS2 does have a number of good games (GTA being an obvious
staple for example)

What are you interested in i suppose we should ask?

Perhaps first person shooters? RPGs? Racing? etc etc

i don't know what i'm interrested in rreally. i'd say
anything that doesn't take too much thought, but looks good.
i just want something to look at while i listen to music orr
have nothing else to do.

Nice one Carl! I'd suggest Resident evil and silent hill
(scary games) Tekken 5, GTA: SA yes, Devil May Cry 3 and
Metal Gear Solid 3.

That is what came in my mind of good so far. Good luck with
games! That's a nice hobby in my opinion.

funny thing is, that most people look at the games lined up
for each console and based on which games they like the
most, they pick a console.

however, almost all games for the PS2 are quite gay.

which should work fine for you.

well, while you're at it... get Rez if you can. really
trippy game with good electronic music.

and Silent Hill 2 may not be "anything that doesn't take too
much thought, but looks good", but it's a masterpiece. (i
love Metal Gear Solid games too)

i would challenge qrter to a match of pong, the sport of
intelligent video gamers like myself, but i fear he wouldn't
fully grasp the concept of moving the white lines up and
down to deflect a square ball. in fact, i doubt he even
knows what a joystick is. he probably thinks it's a sexual
euphamism.
