ok ive seen this name around so much and i finally listened
to the disintergration loops II

i ahve to say the first track was nice for 10 mins but for
me it got boring
now the second track at a mega 44mins was beautiful and i
really liked that one.

im not usually such a fan of ambient but this guys pretty
awsome

He's an artist you either love or hate. Try his album
Melancholia which has some beautiful melodies.

Basinski has brought me the closest to how being dead
and still conscious must feel.

try to find this stuff maybe:

Walter Marchetti- Nei Mari Del Sud
Steve Roden- Speak No More About the Leaves
Nijimu- Era of Sad Wings (Keiji Haino stuff)

i think it's Chrome Primitive that i really dig but i can't
remember now... at any rate there's tonnes of other stuff to
be enjoyed if you dig Basinski. i've prolly said that
before. sorry.
