record player doubt

if the needle gets stucked in a loop, so that it just
remains ther, in te same loop forever and ever or for a
certain time at least...

is that problem of the vinyl in any case or could it be a
problem of the record player?

usually it's the record. maybe there's a scuffmark or a skip
in the groove. it could also be that the weight needs
adjusting. yoseph has this track that looped, but I adjusted
the counterweight and it played fine

That's an adapter, but what you might need to do is adjust
the weight. It would be good to buy a stylus force gauge
Shure SFG-2

does it look something like this?

if so, it's a 45 adapter. used on 7" with large hole in the
middle

It's coming from your vinyl ; which vinyl is it ? As vlari
said, you can solve the problem by adding a bit weight on
your needle (there is a knob on your turtable to do so). But
you should set the weight at the previous setting for others
records, becuz I think that too much wait coul damage your
vinyles.
