i'm editing a 2-frame animation by making it many more frames so I can draw into it... I made copies of the frames, but when I edit one, it edits all the copies... when I just want to edit one frame at a time. I guess I need to somehow give them differnet names.. anyone know how to do this?

I think you have to work with layers first, and then add frames and choose which layer(s) that shall be visible in the separate frames.
Click the "New Layer" icon in the bottom of the layer window, or duplicate a layer by left-clicking on it and choose "Duplicate Layer"
If you drawing a freehand animation it can be helpful to decrease the Opacity of the layer you're working on, so that the layer behind will become partially visible.

ok so I finally finished this animation that I had been working on in small amounts for a long time. It plays smoothly in imageready but when I try to play it in windows picture viewer, the animation stops after the 14th frame for some reason... As far as I know, I didn't do anything different on the 14th frame so I have no idea why the animation would just stop. Does anyone know why this might happen and what could be done to pinpoint the problem and correct it?
