Acidwolf: Legacy 1995-2005

I'm not that fond of Benn L. Jordan's Flashbulb stuff, but
his Acidwolf project is actually quite nice. Clubby
acid-tinted stompers is the name of the game. It does sound
like a ripoff of Ceephax and our own lovelysexy staz, but it
doesn't bother me that much really.

Samples n shit

im a firm believer in the fact that his albums as a whole
have a lot of filler - but you could make an AMAZING two cd
/ 4 LP compilation of benn's stuff...that would be well
worth buying and owning

!!!

It's sounds a lot better than Ceephax to me. Top find.

I'll check this ... The "better than ceephax" got me and i
remember being fond of ceephax years ago

I like the cover to this i must say.

The first sample track is really quite good. This would be a
release i would be interested in I am sure. The second
sample sounded like there was a plastic streching sound
somehow incorperated in it. Quite nice. :)

I think that perhaps based on these two samples that this
has potential unless of course these are the two best tracks
the album has to offer. :p

All the tracks are pretty good actually. The samples don't
do it justice. I'd get the album (from the second link), as
there are more tracks on that.

After extensive listening I would go so far as to say he
outsmarts young Andy on this record.

But he's still a SQRPSHR imitator when he flashes the bulb

Heh, Flashbulb isn't even close to a SP imitator, you're
fucking stupid to think that.

I got the 50 limited edition Visual Chicago Acid edition of
Acidwolf Legacy and it's very fucking good. If I'm correct
this one is just the first 9 or so tracks of that one so let
me tell you, it's well worth it. Benn has a pretty
interesting take on acid and the production on all the
tracks is top notch, I'd definitely get it.

heh, I'll be stupid then

yeah, the one I linked first has only 6 tracks on it. I
ordered the 2nd pressing of the cd, cause I wanted all the
tracks

class stuff.
