hey guys. I have an assignment due in a few weeks regarding
news from other countries or news from the US that has an
effect on the global scale. I'm tired of scouring local
newspapers for stuff, so I just wanted to ask for some help
from the internet's finest - Zilty co. If there is any news
from your country that you consider to be important in the
cultural, environmental, or economic realms, please feel
free to tell me about it here. links are appreciated. Thanks
in advance.

I heard Janet Jackson has a teenaged daughter after all of
these years. So that is pretty significant globally.

I guess I should add that I expected as much, no hard
feelings really. :D

but if anyone decides to be serious, news articles are what
I'm actually after, not one-liners. :) thanks.

Maybe when I'm back from my friends birthday I'll dwell
more, but now all you need to know, that we had both
parliamentary and presidencial elections during a period of
one month. Both were won by xenophobic morons. The chaiman
of the winning party and the president are TWINS. Yes,
TWINS!!!!! Jaroslaw and Lech Kaczynski. Their populistic
approach may have heavy negative influence on the stability
of UN. In addition to that, the Prime Minister looks like
the actor who played the most cluel character in the history
of Polish cinema in the 90s (He played the role of Gerhard
in Dług/The Debt by Krzyszto Krauze - a really
excellent movie). The President of the Seym (lower house of
out Parliament), as far as I remember, once said that
children who are beaten by their parents grow up to be more
valuable members of the society.
More later

I never said that, I asked for US news that has an effect on
a global scale because my professor specifically asked that
students not use domestic US news.

I also was joking, as should be noted with "no hard feelings
really"
