Why do they not want submissions as mp3s? Its not that big
a deal to change the file type, but I was just wondering why
everyone said that.

Because they'll be overwhelmed with submissions... Filters
out some of the shit right away. Takes a lot more effort to
mail a CD.

because they don't want submissions at all, on any format?
does it say anywhere that they do want them? unsolicited
mail... Norton AntiNafDemo 2005 filter is what they need?
