So, I was reading this book that contains some photographs
and interviews with this visual artist, and while I was
reading and seeing I'm thinking like, "wow this guy is like
the aphex twin of visual art" because of his art and I don't
know he justs has that vibe, with autism, and humour and
overall coolness.

And in the interview he says something like how music is
what influences him the most, and then he cites some of the
stuff that he's interested in, and he drops the names
richard james, tom jenkinson, autechre, oval, and some
others I didn't recognize. Courious thing he knows these
artist by name and not by moniker. anway, I had a point but
I lost it somewhere if you find it, let me know.

I can't find your point anywhere but i quite like his work,
on a technical level anyway. It's a bit gimmicky-clevery but
very well produced, i nearly spewed reading "the aphex twin
of visual art" but i think i see what you mean now.
