If so, I would greatly appreciate a very small translation
job for a project of mine. Let me know!

It depends what level of Japanese you require (who is your
intended audience)

I need translations for the following two seperate
statements:

It Is What It Is
You Are Who You Are

In both japanese kanji (as close as possible) and kakatana.
The audience isn't japanese, but I was the translation to be
as close as possible.

i think that literally means
this is this

and

you are you

you would write it in hiragana and kanji, not katakana

but my japanese is very weak so i wouldn't be able to do
that for you. heheh

sorry . not helpful.

Its for a uni graphic design project for a japanese firm
called Muji. The main work is done, I just need the
translation for some mini-project connected to it.
