on about 10mbit here too (ADSL2+ 22mbit, but it's only syncing at around 10 or so due to my distance from the exchange). i can honestly say my interweb experience hasn't changed that much from going from a 1.5mbit connection; i'm still downloading the exact same amount of stuff i was before (it's more a lack of things to download; i'm not one to get things for the sheer hell of it, only if i think i want it), and everything's about as quick, really. the only really super rad difference is that my connection doesn't go to shit when i'm uploading something (previous 1.5mbit down had only 256kbit up, now it's about 1mbit up). |

oh and downloading the occasional file that does go full speed is nice of course, but it doesn't seem to happen all that often. i wonder if i'd say the same thing if i went back to 1.5mbit, though! :) |
