What is the perfect (and sometimes only) environment to listen to a certain song? Over the years, i've found quite a few, and I'll try to name them here even though only a couple are coming to mind at the moment. Please add yours, [AFX - Analord 2] -All analord 2 tracks except phonatacid. Settings, in the car, windows up (tinted), in the city or under street lights waiting or rolling a joint or smoking. Usually cold; in winter. [Aphex Twin - Flim] Dirt road through woods or just an old back road. Dusk/just before the sun starts going down. Not too dark but with sunlight coming through the trees (pref. pine trees). Stoned is must. [Boards of Canada - She is P] Dark. Nighttime, all lights off except glow from the monitors. Bass cranked high (one track where bass creates the atmosphere). Looped. |
