Put Shaun of the Dead in the middle, to lighten the tone. I just bought 15 minutes ago Shallow Hal second hand in Blockbuster, one of my top 5 films of all time, for about $5. Yes, be jealous. |

i think you are confusing it with dawn of the dead, shaun of the dead is really one of the BIG comedy films out there. |

Dawn of the dead is godlike nonetheless, zombieflicks are in a league of their own, as with star-wars; normal criticism doesn't apply! And it's really bothering me that I haven't gotten to see Land of the dead yet :( |

Shaun of the Dead is one of the best films ever committed to celluloid. It has SO much going on, and such depth. They (Pegg and Wright) are apparently making a Cop Film now, so that should be good. |
