dime

sure as shit im back behind the wheel and said simply to
them ... listen, if' im going to do this, i gotto listen to
my tunes

so from oh to MI we listened to the full 96 autechre flex
disc, untilted album, and the glasgow set ... and not to
mention my one coworker got a kick out of squarepusher - big
loada

im talking full blown fucing CRANKED here

when flex was on he commented something * something about
lsd back in his day something and im like yeah something *
something let's roll .... it's funny cause on the way to
OHIO i played a lil bit turned down and they weren't much
about to take any of that shit

but after many many drinsk and with the volume cranked ... i
think they got a quick insight as to just what the fuck was
goin on in my head.

I'll reply anyways.

I can't just play my music around allot of the ppl I know,
they tell me to turn that boring shit off or something. Or
'this is weird its bugging me'. Then I say but I thought you
liked electronic music.. So they put in some crystal method
vegas garbage and them some industrial crap..

Yeah it only happened once in my life, wish it would happen
again. I was going to a place, basically we split up 3 cars
for 12 people. So I'm in one car, they go "who's got
music?". Now those people all know that for them I've got
bizarre taste (for their boring top-40 listening taste), but
nobody else than me had music.

So Im like fuck that, in my CD I had a couple of standard
stuff, Bob Dylan, The White Stripes, Philip Glass. I knew
the car had this big subwoofers in the trunk. It was the
perfect situation, I told them something like "okay I know
it might confuse you, but shut the hell up and just LISTEN
until it ends."

So I went all full and put _Chiastic Slide_ and immediately
skip on to CICHLI, then I restarted the entire CD.

Exactly like you, they understood what was in my head,
what's that thing going on that they didn't have. They were
in awe, speechless.
