Here are the rules:

The theme of the judgement will be manifold, various
interpretations of the theme may be interpreted as long as
the adhere to one clear, singualr vision. The theme will be
kept open and will be announced homeopathically 9 weeks
after the close of the contest.

2 judges will be appointed on a rotating basis of 18 months.
Each week two new judges will be elected by the previos 4
judges, with a final say going to Woofter. Each judge will
be able to add 1.1recurring, 2.2.recurring and up to
3.3.recurring to the total score tally. However, each judges
name will be numerologically examined, giving a figure that
will be deducted from the overall score, spread evenly.
Woofter has a random 18,000 points to allot as necessary.

The runners up will be announced on WATMM whilst the winner
will be kept a closely guarded secret.

judges may also use letters in their scoring, but it must be
strictly in the negative sense.

I love Woofty, he's handsome, well dressed, has a posh car
and a fit bird. And he's Italian, and every italian I've
met's been lovely, and he likes CLASSIC
electronic/idm/aI/braindance/the usual suspects AND he likes
Bhurger King. He can do no wrong, in my eyes.

He's got all that, plus..... he makes polls that polarize
reality, drinks guiness and has a cheeky smile. Top
signore.

there is an iffy point, though.

the limpet that is tridenti is stuck firmly to the rock that
is Woofter.

sound that I tried to record, but it just sounds different.
