I have lost about 2 stone which is 28lb or about 13
kilograms since July. My method of losing the weight so far
is as follows:

Increase smoking by 10 a day to suppress hunger.
Switch from lager to spirits only.

I now only weight 29 stone which is about 400lb which is
about 181 kilograms.

Does anyone have any other worthwhile suggestions on how to
lose weight?

Less Bread

i survived on (pretty much) nothing apart from koka noodles
and fags for 2 months in college last year.

weight dropped from 10 stone to 8.

not a good idea though. bad for the body and all that. the
same old advice goes a long way; eat only as much as you
need, have a healthy diet (unlike mine was), and exercise.

drink several glasses of water before everything you eat.
Eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 larger ones. Don't eat 2
hrs. before going to bed.

gl0tch I already eat 6 big meals, should I reduce this to 12
smaller ones? If I do they will probably steadily grow and
the number of meals I have would grow exponentially.

surjery: reduce stomach

excercise: fuck twice a day and run 5 kms a day

dont use elevators

eat green things and shit like that

do not abuse milk, cheese, eggs, hamburgers...

do not sleep nap

do a strong breakfast
light lunch
light dinner

no meals between those

a hardcore cocaine habit might go a long way to helping
too... although it'd be one of the more expensive avenues of
weighloss, it'd be certainly more fun than the others

not eating works for me. i cut out everything that might
make me put on weight.

if i'm trying really hardcore style to be trim i just switch
to gum instead of food. it's fast, effective and incredibly
bad for you.

i currently weigh about 10 stone

5 years ago I lost at least 60 lbs and kept most of it off
since.

Anyway, back then I basically was really strict with myself
on the Nutrition Facts labels, and walked every night about
8:00P and didn't eat anything from then till the next
morning.

So, definitely avoid fast foods. Go for stuff that's loaded
with nutrients. In particular, Korean cuisine is a perfect
example of such, not to say you should go on such a diet.

I think it's ultimately down to exercise frequency.

Feh...time for me to do regular workouts again.

Don't starve yourself. That just makes you crazy-hungry and
actually slows down your metabolism.

Eat balanced meals - some meat, some starchy stuff, some
fruit and veg. If you do stupid things like only eat one
kind of food your body can't build proteins out of the amino
acids because it doesn't have the right combinations.

Exercise - bicycle and run, or walk very fast for a goodly
distance every day if you're so heavy that running would
kill you. I guess everyone's different but I can't lose
weight unless I exercise.

I alwasy eat balanced meals, otherwise the tray slips out of
my fat hands as I carry the meal back to my seat. I have it
roughtly 5kg each side.

Actually, for weightloss, crystal meth is probly the best
drug. It totally takes away the need to eat. And you can
binge on it for weeks at a time.

Water, no eating past 7-8-or 9 ish (if so munch out on light
foods or just cereal).

Yuck, and yuck, also, yuck, switch, uhggg yuck, too, yuck,
diet coke , yuck! I did it for about 2-3 months and it
helped dramaticlly.

Sit ups, crunches, push ups, jogging.

RPG`s that make you forget about eating.

Good news...the flencing worked and I have now been flenced
down to 102kg. I am 6'4" so it's going quite well. I will
be flenced once more tomorrow.

ok. well, that makes some sense to me - it now seems clear
to me where the intelligence and depth in many of your posts
comes from.

(some of those around us are more special than the others)
and I think that some "bad" things in life makes us better
in other areas...

My thoughts are just from various experiences.

Fuck smoking. The more you smoke the more lazy it will make
you. I gained so much energy when i quit smoking. I was
doing like 1 1/2 - 2 packs a day. This energy will help you
with the next part.

exercise. Now dont be going all "ape tit" (crazy) on me.
Lets start slow and comfortable at first. How about a five
mile walk per day. 2 and a half on way and then back.
Walking will start to help shed some unwanted pounds and
will help start to utilize your cardeovascular which will
help if you deicde to start running or jogging.

Meals. Try a late breakfast consisting of various fruits
that you like. Skip lunch and have a mid-timed dinner of a
decent size. Not too big because you dont want your sleeping
inactive body producing more fat.

The reduction of smoking will help the health of your heart.
Which in all honesty is my biggest concern here. Anything
over 275lbs should concern people when it comes to their
heart. My cousin Joey was 6"7' and around 275-300 and had a
heart attack. He was quite young.... 30's?

Things that are good for your heart are:

Salmon, Nuts, Fruit (especially blueberrys) and i swear
there were like two more.

Cook with olive oil if you must use oil.... it is good for
your cholesterol.

Good luck with this lee! Remember to have a partner or an
accountability partner that will help you through this.
Because you will most likely face trying times! I'm pulling
for ya!

fasting. honestly.

take some spring water, add a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, a
tablespoon of pure maple syrup, and some lime or lemon
extract.

eat raw vegetables and seaweed after day 3 and lots of
organic juice.

if you manage, go for 7 days. but don't overdo yourself
cause this is a skill that takes time. and it's very healthy
and detoxifying.

once this is done, to come off the fast you cant just go for
a burger, it'll kill your stomach seeing as the fast with
the cayenne pepper completely cleaned it.

I lost 14 pounds on a 10 day juice fast. jog and swim lots.
go to some sauna's too, cause fasting cleans out the toxins
and brings them to the skin.
