O cant belive this, i might aswell die right now, no joke. I missed out on the "bestival" ( on the isle of wight where i live ) because i have no money, but all my mates went. Anyway, i thought "fuck it i dont care" and just about 10 minutes ago my mate texted me saying "fukin apex twin man" My heart almost stoped, i almost died of a heart attack, and i still cannot belive, it .. nor do i want to belive it. i just want to die instead. So yeah, thats the most fucked up thing ever in my life and i hate my friends now. |

Besides they could either be lying because they know you would be annoyed or "apex twin" could indeed be playing which he will do at many shows next year and the year after that...it ain't no big deal. |

Oh and, i only live for aphex twin, i have no money to go see him on the mianland nor do i know where he will perform ( He wasn't on the listings on the bestival website ) So now im just ruined, and my huge huge huge massive humegouse jelousy towards all of my ( Non electronic friends ) will always remain. I dont tihnk my friends are lying, they arn't those type of people to fuck about with me.. but its still very bad, i guess your right about his perfoamnces, but the jelousy factor remains hugely with my friends. and i will have a hard time talking to them again for a while. |

Sorry, when I saw Aphex at Glade this year it was the best thing I had ever seen. He was absolutely amazing, as he always is, playing some new material as well as old classics. If your friends have been lucky enough to see him I am sure they will be converted into being just as much a fan as you are (maybe more because they will also have the live experience to remember) because while his CD are excellent and everything absolutely nothing beats his live performances. You have probably missed a once in a lifetime event and you'll regret it for years, because no matter how big a fan you are, until you have experienced Aphex live you are always below those who have. |
