wait, everyone will misunderstand that and yell at me. what
i mean is i hate bands like phish, who, where i live anyway,
are referred to as being part of a genre of hippie grateful
dead ripoff bands called "jam bands" which all sound exactly
the same and all drive me nuts.

jamming in and of itself is great, though. i like that song
moby dick and i love can and acid mothers temple and other
psychadelic bands with twenty minute songs...

I think alot of people missed the point here. Songs can
contain Jam elements and not be a jam band.....
