Here are my thoughts

1: Person A believes in the love of PERSON p
2. Person A does not believe in the love of P
3. Person A believes the opposite of P

2 is the passive Negatation of 1, 3 the the active
negatation. So, no it is not possible to stop start love,
you simply can not "TRY" to forget/love someone. You have to
forget that you DECIDED to love that special person. You can
not activley negotiate.
