A very dear old friend of mine has a release on newly
formed SVC Records, a net label born from the very
good
music blog Spolit Victorian Child. I recommend fully you
pay money and buy the full album "There's not enough kindness", but if not,
then I insist you listen to the preview track
available on the page entitled It's a Jungle at the Zoo as it is so
damn good. Classic electronic dance music with a winning
smile.

zoo-track was pretty good. not too keen on the other
preview-track. but I see the scales are tipping towards a
-£3.50 on my bankaccount, so I guess that's seals the deal.

I have to shamelessly bump It's a Jungle at the Zoo again as it's now
officially one of my favourite tracks of the year, and I
only say that once a year.

The FUN does not stop. In addition to pointing you in
the direction of quality music by the The Palace Lido, can I
just now draw your attention to the fact that he's put
together possibly the best mixtape of the late summer (or
spring, if, like me, you live in the southern hemisphere).
It is designed for one side of a C90 tape, that is to say
it's 45 mins long, and it's got artwork for you to print and
make your sleeve. Can you say sleeve for a tape? Inlay? The
selections are choice, easy on the ear whilst being stirring
and rhythmic, from pop, to dub, to braindance to hip hop.
And I'm on it too, for about a minute, which is more than
enough.

If you look at Spoilt Victorian Child they have the gen on what you
need do by signing up for their excellent newsletter, if you
want it, which I recommend you do.

I, for my part, am very glad you like it, what with you
being a goddamn scholar of music as well. This album has, in
my experience, so far, caused me nearly to have a car
accident and motivated an 18 month old child to dance. I
can't say that about every album I own.

I wouldn't say I'm a scholar, I just know who's
reccomendations I should take seriously, so thank you

That track is great! Strangely dub-inflected, arsewaggling,
loose madchester beats, it's like a robot bez gone wrong. On
acid.
