so ive been using pc's with slsk for yonks but now im on a
mac. just tried soulseeX but it seems a bit dodgy. whats the
crack? any good suggestions for mac file sharing??? nice.

i find soulseeX to work quite well. been going with it for
about 2 weeks now, pretty good stuff. minor differences from
soulseek, like that whole sorting by username thing. that
kinda sucks. otherwise, try acquisition.

there's always Limewire, but that's a bit rubbish actually,
so don't even try it. ssx can be a bit of a tit to get into,
but when you do, it's quite nice. apart from bittorrent,
it's the only p2p I use.

well i'll stick with it for a bit, see how it goes. does the
transfer rate just depend on where the file is coming from?
cant speed it up or nowt?
