Yes, I do. Today I'm went to house of a friend of mine and I played with his psp at "Wipeout". I hope you all remember this game has got as soundtrack nice tracks made by good artists that us all know. I never tried to play a videogame with Aphex or LFO soundtrack. Nice experience. When there was Flushot I'm arrived first, instead with Naks Acid third :) Here the psp in my hands... btw: I still prefer the Nintendo DS :P |

the psp is really beautiful. really tempting. ... if it wasn't for the price and for the defects i've heard of (the square button issue, dead pixels, fragility...), i would have bought one already. |

Fucking right! Same problems are happened a friend of mine. In fact the first psp he bought had 4 dead pixels... he changed it.. You forgot an important thing: the psp has a poor battery. It must be charged 1 time every 2 days.. Crazy thing.. I charge my DS a time every 3 weeks... |

Old original gameboy games still are valued quite high on ebay. They never went down much like genesis (genesis games = cheapest ever). Anyway, I suspect these newfangled handheld systems will basically largely only release the same exact games that have already been made for the normal systems to increase profit. Gameboy= cute and soulful. psp probably = money. I'd get a virtual boy before these. This is all speculation; maybe I'm wrong. |

ok don't get me wrong not like i research all this shit cuz i got nothing to do, unlike when i was a kid, but doesn't the psp do more than just play psp games? like doesn't it play like dvd's? or mp3's? or use teh internets? enh... anyway, the screen looks bigger on the psp the graphics look way more advanced and smoother and more real too not like ds. ds is for baby kids who suck their thumbs with 16 bit graphics still imo. |

I don't think so, psp yes, has a excellent graphics a bigger screen etc. But as uzim mentioned in this thread it has also defects. And I don't think DS has only games for childrens, look the new Resident Evil... And not only it.. |

...i have one worry about the DS though: the touch screen. they had some you could try for free in a store, and just a few days after they were installed (and tried by lots of people, sure, but still, just a few days after) the touch screens were in appalling condition. totally scratched. o_o i wonder how long does the DS touch screen last when used normally... |

The thing I hate about these things is that they're going to put out the cool Castlevanias and offshoot Metal Gears and GTAs and Marios and stuff on there... I don't LIKE portable gaming, I want to play these games on my nice big HDTV, not crappy little LCD screens. I'm pissed off that that awesome new 2D Mario is going to be on that little Fisher Price handheld and not on MY FUCKING GAMECUBE Anyway fuck them all. How's the pirate/emulation scene with these things, I haven't been keeping up to speed. |

Metal Gear Acid on psp is crap, It has really disappointed me... This time I don't think so, I like portable gaming but yes, the game experience is much better on ours nice big HDTV :) |
