Bush photo op

ZDF News reported that the president's visit was a
completely staged event. Their crew witnessed how the open
air food distribution point Bush visited in front of the
cameras was torn down immediately after the president and
the herd of 'news people' had left and that others which
were allegedly being set up were abandoned at the same
time.

I wouldn't be surprised if they just stuck him in the middle
of a big budget hollywood set for one of those 'disaster'
movies.

what does all this tell terrorists? that we have no
mobility when it comes to a major invasion from the sea and
zero response time on land. hahaha i'd like to hope that
isn't the case...

The only surprising thing about this is that the
manipulative little cunt didn't land a jet on top of the
fucking superdome, wrapped in the stars and stripes and
throwing confetti into the air. It's terrifying that we've
actually come to expect this from the leader of the
world's most powerful nation. The mind just boggles.

Whether this will be reported in the mainstream media
remains to be seen.

No, not really. It's just another maggot-jimmie on the
shit-sundae of the Bush presidency.

I think I'm gonna hurl.

A testimonial:
"This site has been a wonderful blessing for my children
and I. Before my profile went out over the net, I know Gods
hands were there guiding me.
"

I'm sure that God has nothing better to do than point people
towards conservatism-based dating websites.
Notice the diversity in the photos.. I mean, a few of them
have brown hair for Christ's sake. maybe this is
just a nicer way to package up an 'Aryan dating service'.

Sorry to hijack this thread Fleet. but perhaps we all aught
to hijack that site with our phony personal ads, in much the
same manner as that 'Reel Big Fish' site. I can see it
now... "my interests include long walks on the beach, sewing
and sipping the blood of those less fortunate than me."

ago.

I don't really pay attention to politics much less people in
politics, but when I think of Bush, I mainly picture how he
likely grew up... being spoiled and extremely rich with a
dad who is president and having no concept of what it's like
to live in the same reality of normal people. These are just
the types of people that are selected as figurehead leaders
in power in the current system. The current social/political
system in the usa works pretty well for the most part but is
lumbering around with weaknesses and could easily be
overcome by a more fit system.

I sort of think something superior to capitalism will evolve
gradually, especially with the help of the internet allowing
smart people to communicate so easily with eachother. hmm...
no I think that won't happen until a huge disaster like
nuclear war between corporations triggers it. I'm just
completely retarded; don't read this. I have to remain a
thoughest poster.

What should Bush care about a bunch of blacks? New Orleans
is strictly Democrat and he can't have another term of
office anyway.
Might as well stick to the important things like invading
Iran.

IF he had the chance of another term of office then it would
have been interesting. All these people saying Bush is in
trouble now are deluded, and as far as his name goes for
posterity, think Iraq.. I don't think this will change much
for Bush, he's done now anyway.

Barbara Bush visits the refugees at the Houston
Astrodome:

"And so many of the people in the arena here, you know,
were underprivileged anyway, so this (she chuckled
slightly)--this is working very well for them."

Ha ha.
It's possible that she was intending to be sarcastic (but
unlikely) "this is working out very well for them.
But I think she meant the conditions in the astrodome are
better than their normal lives anyway.

nonsecular:Given that those in power have weapons that
destroy in mass, the most successful army in the future
would be of a civil war that stay scattered among their own
enemies and keep their identity concealed. It would be much
like the foot clan. Thus all bombs and such would be useless
against it unless they destroyed allies too. The only real
threat of course would be the ninja turtles.

How likely do people think that one day earth's nations will
be unified into one. That would be somewhat weird. Of course
given the huge geographic size, there would have to be sub
leaders governing different sections. There could be a
president of the world instead of president of the united
states.

How come so many people make links that just lead to a place
that says "click here to download plugin". I don't get it.
Is this phrase humorous in some way... like the next "all
your base are belong to us" type deal?
