Repercussions of Katarina

I've got a semi-interesting story to tell. Yesterday I
invited some friends to my place to watch the Poland -
Austria soccer game (3:2 and top-notch action). When the
game finished everybody was already poperly drunk and there
is a time in every drinking session when you want to move. I
must explain that the place I am living during the holidays
is quite desolate and there is only one pub for bumkins in
2km radius. Without much hesitation we set out.
To our great surprise and disappointment (it wasn't even
11pm), the joint was closed. We stopped and started
negotiating what to do next. Disturbing the silence of the
night, owner's little mongrel started barking. One of my
friends wanted to calm it down and approached the fence.
Suddenly the owner himself jumped from around the corner and
wispered gnashing his teeth: "I've got only one question:
which do you prefer, M16 or Kalshnikov?"

I'm not sure, but this guy seemed to be afraid of incoming
anarchy. He took us for looters or something. We weren't
aggresive or even loud and the barking hadn't lasted 15s
until he rushed in. He was well prepared waiting in front of
his back door. I've never witnessed such behaviour in my
idyllic village.

so, which gun did you choose?

If I wasn't sober enough to just draw my friend away and
tell the guy to go to sleep, I would choose M16. There are 2
reasons:
1) bigger chance of jamming
2) higher kinetic energy of the bullet and therefore no need
of removing the bullet in case of just having been wounded.
And less shattering of my precious muscles of course.

However wackos tend to keep their guns clean, so reason 1)
is just formal.

The things I wrote in previous post may be total bullshit
because I'm gun-ignorant.

People know and care about Katarina in Poland? Is America
everywhere?

Yes, we do and yes, it is. We have them radio receivers.

Cool, well, just so you know. That anarchy is usually going
on all the time in any bad area of any city in America.
Really isn't that shocking.

This is quite a shock for people here. They were brought up
in the myth of USA being a land of milk and honey. A country
in which people choose to live in regions where hurricanes
appear regularily just for the fun of rebuilding.

haha, people never think it will happen to them. That's
really the problem w/ disasters and death and destruction in
general
