I just had a thought, i wonder what is inspiring people at
the moment on any level.

For me, i am listening currently to Beethovens moonlight
sonata. Maybe a very common choice but, it has just had a
very inspiring effect on me.

So what has been inspiring you lately?

About the Moonlight Sonata, I really like that song. I
listened it several times, it is so relaxant...

I discovered i could get some really weird sounds out of the
hollow metal ladder to my bed. I'm trying to get different
things to resonate, it's fun and stuff and i guess
kind of inspiring. Also sleep deprivation, crisps and
cellos.

i wish i had some means of mobile recording i always find
amazing sounds at train stations and on trains that i have
always wanted to sample

infact silly question but does anyone know where i might
find some recordings of sounds in train stations ?

i also really want some recordings of everyday
conversations

I get my ideas by context and environment mainly... this
doesnt have to necessarily be a sound per se, but a general
thread that moves between several things.

Actually, its a very particular type of Pop Futurism that
gets me mental.

if you think the moonlight sonata is relaxing, try the third
movement.

its a belter... took me eight months to learn to play that.

Obviously we are at an opposite. I am looking forward to the
colder and darker months ahead and the walking on the autumn
and winter mornings. Although sometimes these things cause
me great pain, they are inspirational to me.

: )
