this is crazy, there are earthquakes by the minute, no
lies... if you click the first link i posted, keep that page
open, and refresh from time to time you can see red squares
all over the state

in this map... I live where it says Mexicali,
Baja California...

So it's pretty near, like 50 kilometers... or less....

and YES, it's always this active because of
San Andreas Fault...

just Google "San Andreas Fault" and you'll get the whole
