this deserves a thread

lets talk truth here.

I love this album, but I would love to know all the samples
used in it... or for instance aLL that is exclusevily
composed by my admired aaron

its not that I´d I like the album less if I know there are
lots of sampled melodies or violins, its simply that I want
to know the sources

A few are: Bartok, Billie Holiday and Elgar as well as
Snares own violin playing.

rrememberr that jerrk/dup who suddenly hated snorres when he
found out he didn't play violin.

His only great album, IMO. I was a bit sceptic when I heard
about the "claccic-core" concept, but it's very good.

I'd love to see an epic and violent classic cartoon to go
along with this album.

It mostly sounds like one of those string vst instruments to
me.
On an unrelated note, if you want to hear some great violin
playing, check out andrew bird, even though it's in no way
similar to this music.

i really cant understand why people were comparing this to
girl/boy song and saying it was a rip off
i think the entire album is amazing could u imagine hearing
it with a live orchestra
it certainly is beautifull, when i first heard it i was
astounded and i always play it on the jukebox in my local.
the reactions in the pub are hillarious, first off the old
people tend to grin thinking "ooo classical" then the dnb
heads grin away when the beat kicks in by the end of the
song most of the pub are grinning but they've forgotten why

but yer its one of the most beautifully constructed albums
of a LONG LONG time

i really like this album, particularly track 7 - 'második
galamb'.

also, trying to pronounce the titles is always a good laugh

The girl in "Kétsarkú Mozgalom" simultantalusly reminds me
of both Zelah and the Acid-Again girl at the same time
simultaneouzilty.

stunning

The truth is that this album is excellent. Especially the
one with the woman talking about pigeons at the beginning.
If he never does anything good or interesting ever again
this album will show the quality he is capable of.

to it

I am alone, a little sad (but ok)... and I feel like this
life is hard.... but hey, here in my room (at a frineds hous
where I live now), I can listen to my music at high volume
withou bothering anyone... and tonight, I just feel all the
music around my brain

wonderful album

its the only snares release that i will listen to. all the
rest is a bit shitty to me.

this sounds quite original, compared to his other stuff,
less hectic.
