A little remix i done of Pink Floyd's woderful Breathe track from Dark Side o the Moon.
Recorded on cubase vst 5.1 with two tracks of guitar, two tracks of my vocals, a drum beat i constructed on Halion 2 and some nice wee pads. Obviously does not do the original any justice but just a totally different take on it.
Anyway download it here if yer curious

It improves a lot from when the beat kicks in -- up until then it sounded like low-quality and aimless... mind you, you're lucky you never heard my bluegrass version of hey you! :D i think only LeCoeur was 'privileged' enough to hear that.

hah, i think i heard that bluegrass version :D lost it now though.
breathe: hmm, the introduction was a bit... i dunno, it was good when the beat came in.
i'm not sure that the beat works with the vocals, the 2 rhythms seem to be pulling against eachother. interesting though. i liked the section before the vocals came in :)

Dude this is really well done! I would like to hear you do more pink floyd mixes. Make a CD worth or something. You have good style and it works well with old classics that i love and enjoy!
I like it.
Perhaps a touch of effects on the vocals? They seem a bit naked

The magic of remix. Good job, maybe only the main beats are a bit too distorted (I've got a fart-like response from my speakers), but I like the way they work together with guitars. You get an A, son.
