it just does my head in that when somebody does something on a so called "IDM" label that isnt what the "IDM" crowd are into then it gets slated. Half the time the same people are the ones that claim to be open minded to music and thats why they "don't just listen to that mainstream shit". Theyre the ones that refuse to like something thats doesnt fit into the lille "I fucing DM" genre. At the end of the day good music's good music.

exactly. even nthough there are similarities between a lot of his gigs theyre never the same. seen him a few times and hes been wicked every time.
To be honest, when i saw him the first time when he was supporting squarepusher he was a million times more interesting.
