hey guys. this is my first post here as i only just
discovered this place. been aphex fan for about 2 years
maybe since i first got he internet and started downloading
music i wouldn't of normally bought. been addicted ever
since and discovered many fantastic artists through the warp
label - i don't think they actually release any bad music!

anyway i just wanted to recommend Ulrich Schnauss (if you've
already heard of him ignore this) its german ambient
something and is simply fantastic. i go to sleep to it and
wake up to in the morning and am right now listening to it
at work. available from the warp site or cheaper from opal i
think. i woud say its similar to boards of canada's 'In a
beautiful place out in the country' (which is my fave EP
ever) and is one of my favourite albums i bought last year.

whats wrong with his stuff? whats not to dig? it isn't as
weird maybe as a lot of the stuff we talk about on here but
its fantastic ambient music in the same vein as BOC which
surely can only be a good thing! how did you hear of him?
