novelty as in unusual or something new? :) either way sou should check it out..preferably something older but it isn't much of a difference really..all i've heard so far sounded ace! if you like a bit o depressing music that is. |

Without the story, with just the music, he'd be totally uninteresting, there's a crossdressing old busker downtown here who out-Jandeks Jandek in every way. But the story is very cool so Jandek is very cool. ^_^ |

1) 2) I think Blues Corpse is a good starting point/album. I also really like stuff like Telegraph Melt or Modern Dances, it's pretty fun, but it should only appeal to fans of The Shaggs or something. |
