Mr Scruff 'Mrs. Cuff' re-release is really happy.

I know it's not strictly idm/electronica, but it has
some top 'feel awesome' tunes on it.

Kraftwerk always makes me feel great.

new minikon album is out now, another coming out in japan
soon (plus the first album is being rereleased in japan with
extra tracks).

isniezot recommended an artist called paza that did some
insanely upbeat 8-bit tracks...
