That's a coincidence! I just ordered it two days ago and I
was going to suggest to you that you do the same. :-)

I'm really excited about hearing it...I haven't actually got
the original, just some rather beautiful MP3s.

Oh, Robert Rich listened to my ambient album and he really
enjoyed it, too, which is rather nifty. Have you heard his
new album, the photography one? I'll be needing that soon,
too. :)

each box set of the Roach album will be unique, apparently.
Show me yours when you get it, I want to see if that is the
case. ;)

I hope I get an autograph on it (he signed all my other cds,
including Mystic chords...)

Sorry to keep on about this heheh...but have you actually
got the box set, then? I just noticed you described it as
"amazing". Have you listened to it, or did you just mean the
concept of it?

that depends. for example, aphex is serious music and
autechre is humorous.

We need more humour in electronic music. Sublimit from
Untilted, with its ridiculous hits, was a good start.

Humour in music is hard to do without sounding too cheesey
or twee... I think John Shuttleworth brings it off
perfectLy.
