Listen carefully, I think it says, "God with Hooves, God
with Horns".

From:

bbc website

"There has been mention of the section of "you could feel
the sky" with the reversed message. I believe the actual
words are 'a god with hooves, a god with horns', and this
itself forms an audio palendrome (though much clearer when
reversed). More interesting, if you slow it right down, the
esses in hooves and horns are actually the sound of a girl
screaming (this can be heard more clearly if you eq it a bit
first so that the bass is less prominent). Certainly a lot
of attention to detail, and I've known some people have
quite long bad dreams after listening too hard... they seem
to attract people who are slightly on the edge, and push
them over sometimes. Different, and slightly creepy,
music."
