my attempt at trying to read my attempt was quite
exhausting, to say the least, but you give it enough goes
and sooner or later you'll start to get it. although from
what i have read its been truly a fulfilling experience. i'm
not gonna go into detail because that will be doing him a
deservice heheh. its funny but at the same time sad.

I've read some of his stuff.

It was clever and funny in places, but I'm quite happy
living in delusion rather then following his own ideas. I
think I'd kill myself if I took his stuff to heart fully.

Perhaps I'm just a bit too namby pamby for his sharp,
cynical, cutting view on things.

If you go on SLSK, you can get some of his piano works,
which aren't too shoddy.

unfortunately i only started to get an idea of where he's
actually 'getting at'. so i can't make an even decent
accurate assessment yet. so yeah... but he does blow the lid
out of everything just by the things he presents.

i like n because he has so many ideas, some of them he only
scratched the surface on...zatrustra(sp) is a good example

If any of you understood but a jot of what he was on about,
you'd have killed yourselves in shame by now.

i've heard its excellent. i only checked out his basic
writings of the library, because i knew prior to that his
material takes quite a bit of effort and time 'to absorb'.
i'm def. interested i also have been meaning to get my hands
on adorno's minima moralia. more sad philosophy! can't get
enough of it.

I hate him. Though really only for the people who read him.

he's not talking in alien, sure his prose is difficult, but
i took one philosophy class and we covered a little of his
stuff. so i kinda have an idea of what he's all about. it's
just philosophy doesn't mean you have to believe in it.

the biggest thing i didnt get was n's idea of the big return
- either he was saying to live your life like youve already
lived it, or when you die you will return and live it again.

"When a woman has scholarly inclinations, it is usually
because there is something wrong with her sexually"

Every girl I've dated was retarded, so I don't know.
