There are bylaws around here that decree that we must pick up our dogs' shit if they shit while we're walking them anywhere else but our property. Little known fact- right now, I'm actually spending the weekend at my aunts' place BABYSITTING their dog, it's absurd but it's easy money, free food, and panty raids. I'm not going to bother walking her because of the bylaws. |

yeah, there are laws about that here too, but you'll be hard-pressed to find a police man that goes out of his way to fine someone who doesn't.. the person has to not pick up the dog poo and then walk directly into the policeman. |

i haven't met all those kinds of people... but in general i would either not care, or give them a weird look (although not necessarily on purpose). except for dog poo pickers, i don't have anything against them - it prevents other people from stepping into the poo. (i would have some difficulty shaking their hands after i've seen them doing though.) once in the tramway i saw someone wearing a yellow helmet, yellow glasses and a yellow jacket, listening to music, and smiling all the time. but really, he smiled all the way in the tramway. and he wasn't even smiling at someone or something - no one was in front of him. weird. |
