It has been kinda a quiet night.... Just a quick question for everyonw.... If you had to choose.... The beach or The mountains.... (Snow or Ocean) I myself would choose the ocean...I am in southern CA and have the Pacific ocean in my blood it seems.... Cheers.... |

ahhh yes....moe fellow snowboarders...I myself love to snowboard...cannot get enough of it. Being where I am, the snow is always the 2ND option....There is just not much near here.... This is why my love for the ocean is greater.... (probably not much surfing in Canada)..... |

people actually do surf here, probably not as good as california (i dont know ive never surfed) Lots of wind surfing though and snowbaording only 30 minutes away :) |

I have only boarded in BC...(as far as up north)...It was really nice.... I love Colorado....Tahoe....Utah..... I have never tried windsurfing...Ill bet the water is WAY cold up there.... |

The water here is about 57 degrees....Which probably sounds like nothing...but to me (the warm blooded wuss)...I need my wetsuit. I wore it yesterday and was still freezing.... |

When we are lucky, I live an hour from the slopes and an hour from the surf.... lucky=we actually get snow.... :) |

Fuck the beach! I can't get tanned, I just burn. Plus, I can barely swim. Mountains are like HEAVEN, I'm going to build a huge mansion in the mountains when I'm older. Which mountains, I haven't decided yet... |

I would definitely choose the ocean. I've grown up near the sea all my life: first on the west coast in LA and now in Massachusetts. I can't explain why but I feel more at home near the water. Looking out onto the ocean when the sun is setting in summer is so beautiful. |

I like the beach as long as it's not early in the day, scorching my skin. Sunsets are amazing. The ocean in the evening is great. |
