ok, i'm a traitor. i actually bought the watmm vol 1 cd a relatively long time ago. but i didn't open the wrapping on the cover before yesterday. i listened through it a couple of times in my car. mostly it sounds like 'drill n aphex'. youths doing their very best to copy aphex techiques. not very original, but there surely were some highlights. track 1 was ok, and 4 if i remember correctly. didn't see the tracknumbers due to the clock on the cd-player in the car, and haven't had the time to check the track names and who made them. anyone heard it? i think i saw a tread about it when the cd was released, but i can't bother to do the search. |
