Okay, guys. Sorry for all of the girling it up I've done here on xltronic, this will be the last personal update for a long time, but I really do need some advice. My girlfriend went to Las Vegas last weekend for her 21st birthday. I was pretty upset the entire time she was gone, because I was really worried about all of the things she might do. (Yes, I know, that wasn't a good move on my part. I should've been more trusting.) Well I read on her online journal today that she went to a strip club (which a knew about) and put two dollars in her g-string (which I didn't know.) This upset me pretty badly, also in her entry it said that there weren't any girls like the ones in the club in Kansas (because they were SO amazing, she says) and she was agape the entire time they were performing. I know all of this reeks of jealousy, and we almost broke up over my discomfort with the entire situation, but now I feel really inadequate (and obviously jealous.) Do I have any valid reason to be upset or should I just let it drop? |

First off let me say what you are feeling is normal. What you need to understand is that it is also natural to appreciate the human form of others even when you are in a relationship. Providing you are content that the intimate fidelity is holding out then don't worry about it. What I would worry about is that the bitch only put $2 in which is way too cheap...and I hate cheap people. Also having seen your girlfriend I would say it is a safe bet that none of the strippers will have lowered their standards low enough to be tempted. Hope this helps. |

While I think that your last bit about my girlfriend was sort of...unneccessary. (I, naturally, think she's the greatest thing since cake) All of that really did help, thanks. That put things in perspective. |
