Hi Dudes and Dudettes, I pulled of a daring escape from my teather (headset) yesterday. They found me so I'm back. There's a new track "Flickin Channels" on my site (http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/352/coder.html). Please tell me what you think. As usual, if you post a reply I'll look at your site. Only fair really. Marlowe - Sorted! My mate, Pornolounge (http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/345/pornolounge.html) would be up for this too. If you like his music let me know and I'll let him what we're up to. He designs websites by day and makes kick-ass music by night. Fat Kaimo - No worries, its the best way to be. High Score's is a rare EP by Boards of Canada that's going for silly money. It was initially a 3000 copy release. Now they have legions of fans (me included). |

yeah my record is going to be limited to 100 copies so when i'm big they will cost like $1000 each... (yeah right) i checked your new song too! and i'm being honest with you again... first when the beat started, i thought "what is this crap?!". but it wasn't that crappy afterall. the 909:ish sounds just scared me... the melody things are cool! nice. and because this is the "Son of Please Listen", i'll have to promote my own music here too... http://listen.to/fatkaimo thank you. |

What a day! I had to actully work! Marlowe - Cheers m8 Im glad you like it. I had alot of fun making it. I cant tell you where I got the sample from because you seem like a nice nice person so I dont want to kill you! ;). What did you think of Flickin' Channels? Job - Just played your track. Yep, you should definately make it longer. It sounds a bit like Beatbox by the Art of Noise, on acid! Nice! :) |

imagine my disappointment this morning when i went to play your track flickin channels only to find i only had 27 seconds of it! i will go download it again and hope that i get the whole thing! just finished a new song today "old schoolhouse I" - sounds kinda like an old ambient song from 60s tangerine dream :) i hope we can organise some kinda movement to get a website together - as long as people ain't just in it to make megabux |

Hey Marlowe :) Reminds me of when I had to watch my Amstrad 464 load Elite for 20 minutes because it got lonely everytime I left the room. It protested by giving me a screen full of error's when I came back! Everytime. Computers. Cant live with them, cant live without them. Hmm, sounds cool. Just checked your place; when are are you uploading it or are still working on it? Im not in it for the money. Im in this for the chicks! :) Seriously though if I could get by just paying the bills from music then it would be sweet but being realistic the odds are stacked against me. Im a sucker for challenge :D Im going to vist some friends this weekend. My "Im making music" excuses are wearing thin and they are making me food. Always a winner. When I get back we'll thrash some idea's out and get it started. |
