it's also at warpmart, except for some reason it's 4 pounds more expensive there.
and just when my credit card has stopped saying "yes".

its probably 4 pounds more there so they can put it in a package and have a midget from cuba jump up and down on the package, then shoot it with a poisonous dart and mail it. so when it arrives to your place it'll look like the post did it.

very drone-like.
but good.
the whole thing sounds more like Hafler Trio than Autechre.

the 'original collab'? you mean the cd they did that was released on Phonometography?
80 mins on this new one, great.

Yet another release the slowly reveals its brilliance. Great sense of space and very well paced. Beatless atonal ambiance at it's best.

on the phonometography release, I thought the tracks were 16:14
and 15:22
The first one just went 25 minutes, I don't remember that end part at all. Weird.

how can it sound tastey if there is in fact no sounds to hear? i say 2 cds, they should at least put some sound bites up!

Must be something weird with Winamp and the VBR file, I've gotten that a couple times. Displaying incorrect track lengths.

they aren't going to be selling out for at least a little while i'm sure... you could try to find a copy on slsk... i can dredge up a list of haflerites on slsk who would be likely to have it...

that's a few who are all pretty hafler completist... there are others i'm not thinking of right now... doesn't look like it's around yet (i could be wrong didn't look to hard)... but if you throw it on the wishlist and plug some of those users into your userlist, it just might turn up

Mine arrived! Packaging is the same style as the first. Lush yet annoying. I'm hoping the audio is too.

i must confess that after 3 months of battles with this really nice packaging, i put the cds on my laptop & made wav files that i listen all the time. less arty but much more useful..
