i believe the "rubber johnny" character is entirely animated, but ive only seen the film, dont know anything outside of what i've viewed and interpreted from the credits. during the parts where his father opens the door he looks much less 'realistic' and almost claymation or cgi - the more realistic/graphic parts looked like prosthetics and raw meat and whatnot... :D |

yeah, but ive read that cunningham uses people in the stuff then edits in all in computers. the monkey drummer = a real drummers body, overdubbed my robotics and a monkeys head leaving his arms and legs shot in multiple positions. the playstation comercial with the pixie was a real woman actor (from scotland or ireland) edited in a computer. same for Bjork. i also believe i read somewhere (in an RDJ interview) that in the drukqs trailer it was cunningham with makeup on lying in the wheelchair. but i dont think it is becuase it looks like RDJ's face in some parts of the flick. but mabey im just wrong and the whole video is actually fake. |
