Yes, Aleksy when will you release something new?
Astrobotnia series was excellent! Now it's time to confirm
your enormous talent.

ok man lets get this straight shall we?

he pressed some white labels of new stuff around december /
january this year. i never got to hear it cause i put my
foot in it with someone, but as far as i know it never saw
the light of day.

nb - my favourite rephlex artist. i think i even fancy him
in a sexual way.

Ovuca, from the appalling Lactavent to the awesome
Astrobotnia in three short years, displayed one of the
greatest quantum leaps in music making ability ever.

Did, I wonder, new Astrobotnia get set back because of the
rumbling juggernaut that is, the unlovable Analord?

im guessing you didnt hear lactavent at the time. appauling
it is not. in fact it is a great comparison of how a
musician has progressed over time. onclements STILL sounds
fantastic, wasted sunday also, and to be fair that is a big
jump of styles but he still managed to do it. i love him and
iu love his music. if i ever met him i would give him a big
hug. one of my favourite musicians ever.

astrobnotnia almost sounds like a differnet musician. but it
sounds like a project, a deliberate attempt to find a new
sound. you have to applaud anyone who wil ltake that kind of
risk. god, he's hot, and i'm not even gay (apparently).

I did hear Lactavent at the time, but Wasted Sunday and
Onclements are great improvements obviousy. I did hear one
track from Lactavent in a mix recently, last week, it might
have been Pomme's radio show, and I admit it sounded THE
RADNESS, but the album as a whole... upsetted me. When I
heard that originally thought, I couldn't have imagined he
was capable of a Wasted.. or a an Astrobotnia, is all I'm
saying. Just shows how wrong one can be.

Well of course there is but aleksi is completely talented.

Pete: i heard he shaed his head. The long hair was better.

Also onclements and wasted sunday are outragously good. I
dont listen to much eletronic music anymore but he is
definately one artist i really enjoy!

Astrobotnia was a terriffic series. Track 1 in part 2 is a
stunning example of that!

i've seen astrobotnia part 3 on vinyl in quite a few places.
it's part 2 that's hard to come by - i ordered it from rough
trade, but they eventually informed me that they were out of
stock.

Aleksi makes amazing music, another finnish artist worth
checking out is Lackluster. I really love Lackluster myself,
so if you haven't heard his stuff visit his site for
some great free music!
