norton sucks yeah, because maybe it will work for a while
and remove all your virii and shit, but later it will slow
and fuck your system in ways you cannot possibly imagine.

yer i hate virus scanners ive not found one that ahsnt
forced me to format because i cant open reaktor without it
going BLUERGH FUCK YOU IM SHIT!
i just tend to scan at intervals with online scanners

yeah but those are for spyware and adware, not for virii.

I suggest not just to be careful with whith the files you
download and programs you install, if something is
suspicious maybe have a decent antivirus to scan just those
files, and not have some monitor running all the time and
supervising everything
